You are:
An upcoming leader in digital finance with an eye for problem-solving. The more complex the challenge, the better. By developing solutions that improve operational efficiency, track compliance, and increase revenue, you and your team are ready to tackle the challenges clients face today and those waiting around the corner.
The work:
Help clients start the process of modernizing their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to set strategy and goals, then prioritizing your team’s workflow
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
Create strategies, designs, and blueprints to improve operations and refine processes (financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)
Walk clients through digital and organizational transformations, help them find operational efficiencies and new revenue streams
Present to management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
Support new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Stay on top of current regulations, trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem
Here’s what you need:
3+ years of finance process design (financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and/or record-to-report)
3+ years of industry experience in Banking, Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods, Engineering or Resources through consulting or industry role
Bachelor's degree
Must be comfortable with travel up to 80%
Bonus points if:
You have organization or operating model design experience
You’ve supported implementation of functional changes
You’re comfortable with an ERP technology and know your way around SAP or Oracle
You’re comfortable with Anaplan
You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree
You are a CPA, CPA CMA/CGA
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
