You will play a key role in

• The growth of our leadership development and team advisory business
• Ensuring the consistent and exceptional delivery of client assignments across different industries, driving meaningful impact for our clients
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of client organisations to foster strong partnerships and successful outcomes

We are looking for someone with

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
• A passion for leadership development
• Relevant consulting experience in agility, change and leadership training
• A track record of building client relationships
• A US work permit
• Willingness to submit and pass a background check
