Management Consultant Security Services (f/m/x) - Insurance Sector

Introduction
As a Management Consultant in the Security Business Unit DACH you are a leading figure for the growth and management of the business unit. With your many years of experience in the field of information security you will advise our customers at the highest professional level. You never lose sight of the sales aspect and always generate new business and/or expand existing business. With your in-depth expertise in any of the following areas data and application security IAM SIEM SOC Operations Security Strategy Risk and Compliance Infrastructure Endpoint or Mobile Security – you can inspire customers and provide guidance to colleagues.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to lead large groups independently
• Ability to work with global teams to develop complex solutions proposals estimates and contracts related to security services.
• Ability to lead global and diverse teams in project delivery of complex security projects.
• Ability to translate security implications to a broader business context and understand the end-to-end threat landscape for relevant sectors
• Experience of producing clear and well articulated technical architectural drawings documents and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• German: Business fluent
• English: Fluent
• German Nationality willingness for SÜ3
• Extensive experience in sales and business development
• Extensive experience as a security consultant
• Experience with leading Opportunity creation progression and closure in security area with select set of clients or insurance sector
• Experience working with solution teams and across local geographies to provide content to drive deals
• Provide demonstration of IBM credentials in more than 2 of the core capability domains (SSRC/GRC IAM SOC Operations Application and Data or Infrastructure Endpoint and Mobile Security) and at min have expertise in Data security and SOC.
• Experience working with closely with solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs
