Management Trainee

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement effective strategies to meet campaign goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the Sales Associate team to propose enhancements or innovative sales strategies based on customer feedback and market insights
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Utilize sales techniques
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in sales and management
• Manage all departments & employees

Qualifications:
