Job Description:

The Administration Manager will be based in KSA. In this position, you will report to the Factory Manager,  and will be responsible for the planning, execution, and streamlining of administrative procedures and workflows in a company. You will oversee a team that focuses on recruiting and training new personnel, and they also allocate responsibilities and office space to all staff members.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Knowledge of laws and regulations for running a factory in KSA.
• Coordinate with government agencies as and when required,
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and organize the flow of information within the company
• Manage schedules and deadlines and develop measures to optimize processes related to administration, factory discipline and productivity.
• Set policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff. Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, and factory.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
• Initiating and coordinating goals: Initiate and coordinate goals, deadlines, and projects of the factory
• Manage resources and budgets, and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and handle any administrative issues that may arise.
• Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

• 10+ years’ experience of working in an Administration Manager position in KSA.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Managerial experience in an office setting
• Deep understanding of budgeting best practices
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Comprehensive understanding of office management processes.
• Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations.
