Description 

RevGen hires highly motivated Managers with management consulting experience to collaborate with stakeholders and senior level leadership through identifying, designing, improving, and executing business solutions. Our Managers are responsible for developing strategies and executing business initiatives.  

Essential Functions 

  • Manages and monitors project schedules, costs, and project teams to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget 
  • Partners with clients in creating plans and solutions to increase business value, promote growth, and/or drive profitability 
  • Makes recommendations and Identifies opportunities by creating, analyzing, and improving existing business processes and tools by assessing the current and future state 
  • Manages and builds relationships with key internal stakeholders ensuring they are informed regarding potential process improvement changes
  • Incorporates strategies to better align people, process, and technology to drive business value
  • Designs, adapts, and applies appropriate frameworks and methodologies based on client need
  • Develops and executes continuous improvement strategies
  • Develops and implements communication strategies for various stakeholders
  • Creates flow diagrams, roadmaps, documentation, and specifications in accordance with requirements
  • Promotes internal career growth and development of team members and junior resources
  • Identifies, pursues, and provides business development support for growing client portfolios 

Desired Experience  

  • 6+ years of successfully managing client-facing projects
  • Consulting/professional services experience preferred 
  • Customer experience background is a plus 

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and executive management
  • Ability to align efforts with strategic client objectives
  • Ability to deliver results in a project-based environment
  • Successful ability to manage conflict with positive results and conflict resolution
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and event driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate scope, and clarify priorities 
  • Ability to manage teams and apply standard project management methodologies 
  • Well organized, independent, self-starter 
  • Ability to create a team vision and motivate the team to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to recognize and promote team member development and career growth  

Education, Training and Certifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or related field preferred  
  • Training and certifications will be considered  

Working Environment/Physical Activities 

  • Ability to travel to client sites through Denver-metro area  
  • Ability to travel outside of Denver  
  • Overtime and weekend hours may be required 

Compensation and Benefits 

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, RevGen offers a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by years of experience, specialized skill sets, and unique qualifications.  For the state of Colorado only, the range of base salary pay for this title is $115,00 - $150,000.

In addition to base salary RevGen provides a discretionary bonus for performance. Amounts are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.  The target for this title is 7%.
