Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Business Management Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Annapolis, MD.
NOTE: This opportunity may be filled as either Manager 2 or Manager 1. There are two requisitions posted for this opportunity representing the one available position: R10061781- Manager 2 (current) and R10063248 - Manager 1.
The qualified applicant will support Special Defense within the Maritime/Land Systems & Sensors Division. The manager will partner with the Naval and Oceanic systems Program Managers to manage all financials to achieve the organization's financial and strategic objectives and will report to the OU Business Manager.

Salary Range: $113,200.00 - $155,650.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Successful execution of program financial performance, including tracking and management of customer funds, cost performance, and cash management
- Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) preparation and review
- Support of pricing and proposal activities
- Management and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff
- Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
- Deliver predictable financial performance for monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as against annual operating plan targets.
- Internal and External support of compliance audits
- On-going collaboration with the customer and functional teams
- Assistance with contract negotiations
- NCTA Management and Reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 9 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting or program control - OR - a Master's degree as described with 7 years of industry related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR
- Prior experience with government program budgeting and forecasting, as well as Annual Operating Plan development
- Earned Value Proficiency including the Earned Value Guidelines and ONE NG System Description.
- Prior experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management.
- Prior experience in proposal preparation and BOE preparation and evaluations.
- The willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
- Current US Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, and Business Warehouse (BW), and Cognos financial software
- Current, active US Top Secret/SCI level security clearance with Polygraph
