Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Manager position is based in Bellevue, WA and the right leader

will manage a small team and coordinate the workflow within the team, including

prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates. Position may require SDM

to perform site activities due to unanticipated volume increases, staffing

coverage and/or special projects requested by clients.

Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:• Perform administrative tasks, provide volume/billing input to one-up Manager, and other

assigned duties in a timely manner.• Ensure service levels are clearly communicated, understood, and performed by on-site

staff.• Perform all HR functions including time and payroll authorization, vacation approval,

hiring/separation, annual reviews and merit increase actions with approval from

HR and/or one-up manager.• Utilize technology to perform tasks efficiently and demonstrate the ability to

communicate effectively both orally and in written form.• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for our customer• Develop proactive and corrective action plans to meet the demands of the business.• Maintain

effective training, cross-training programs ensuring personnel are highly

productive.• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines, safety & security procedures.• Conduct regular staff meetings to review new procedures, share corporate updates and

solicit input from employees.

Ability to:• Provide honest and timely verbal and written feedback to employees.• Address performance issues with directness and sensitivity with guidance from manager

and human resources.• Lead a diverse team within one of the following areas: mail, shipping, receiving,

print production or distribution.• Hire, train, coach, counsel and execute, all facets of employee performance.• Identify, discover and meet the needs of our clients and customers.• Work independently.• Lift at least 50lbs.
