About the team
The 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships team at Angi is a key part of the Marketing organization, propelling growth through external channels. The team’s main objective is to drive EBITDA growth for Angi while maintaining high quality partnerships. We do this through consistent day-to-day management of the channels, and implementing new strategies to improve how we work with external partners. Within Angi, we work closely with product, data, corporate strategy and marketplace stakeholder teams (representing the Homeowners and Service Providers who use Angi each day).
What you’ll do
The Manager, 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships at Angi is responsible for relationships with lead generation partners. The role’s main objective is to maintain active relationships with these external partners, ensuring performance in line with Angi’s KPIs. This role has a high impact at Angi, as the team is small and this position manages a significant scope of partners. This role involves monitoring KPIs, managing external relationships, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives which impact Angi’s business. In 2024 the team will contribute to major strategic initiatives across Angi, and the Manager role will own tasks within broader projects.
The typical day of a Manager will include data monitoring and reporting, meeting with external partners, and executing tasks within larger strategic projects.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party affiliate and referral lead generation partners
- Monitor demand quality of partnerships and identify opportunities to improveÂ
- Optimize and monitor additional KPIs and program performance
- Work alongside partners and team to ensure positive business performance and adoption of new tools on the Angi platform
- Hold partners accountable to meet quality metrics and standards
- Anticipate change & risk in external partnerships
- Work internally and externally to support Angi's goals and objectivesÂ
- Develop an understanding of how partnerships function, including the end-to-end experience and monetization streams
- Support initiatives to improve user experience, Angi's profitability, and how we work with 3rd party partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute tasks within a workstream, contributing to larger Angi strategic initiatives
- Proactively communicate information upwards
Who you are
- 3 - 5 years of experience, with experience managing external partnerships or clients
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with KPI monitoring and reporting
- High organizational ability and attention to detail
- Desire to roll up sleeves and own account management tasks, spanning daily operational tasks to participating in broad company-wide projects
- Ability to own day-to-day routines of external partners without direct involvement of your manager
- Experience working with 3rd party marketing partners or affiliates is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 - $112,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.Â
