Job Description

Creating and managing the integrated program schedule by working with cross functional teams.

Escalating key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.

Lead the development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing and executing product qualification and successful product ramps.

Driving the Product Life Cycle process compliance by ensuring phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews, and provide enterprise-wide product development status information at weekly intervals.

Publishing monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments.

High level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations.

Qualifications

1. Semiconductor engineering-Preferred
2. Flash storage industry-Preferred
3. Program and project management;
