Manager, Access Services Marketing

Summary
The manager is responsible for collaborating with FRM and Patient Services Leadership on the development and execution of all Access and Reimbursement Marketing materials (i.e., access services websites, J-code campaigns, reimbursement guides, and letters of medical necessity templates) for our portfolio of products. For alliance products, this includes partnering with our alliance counterparts to develop and execute all materials. Responsibilities also include developing relevant unbranded customer education materials (i.e., value-based care overview, navigating payer restrictions) aligned to our overall strategy and collaborating with the Market Access Training team on any needed training materials. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Market Access, Reimbursement Services, or pharmaceutical Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop all marketing materials for Patient Support Programs (includes all access/patient services websites, Access and Reimbursement Guides, email communications) across the portfolio of products. Lead interaction with agency of record and ensure approvals through PMRT and any other regulatory requirements
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Reimbursement Services, Field Reimbursement and Market Access Strategy to ensure support programs are appropriately communicated throughout the brand's Marketing materials
- Develop relevant unbranded customer education materials aligned to overall access strategy
- Partner with Market Access Training to educate all required stakeholders on materials
- Work with alliance partners to develop Access Services marketing materials, including website and ancillary materials

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred Experience Qualifications
- 4 or More Years overall related experience required
- 1 or More Years Minimum 2 years experience in Market Access, Access Services, or pharmaceutical Marketing required
Travel
Ability to travel up to 20% Travel required for sales meetings
