Manager, Account Coordination

The Manager, Account Coordination is a pivotal role in GAM ensuring effective execution of our strategy, account plans, and account governance programs. The Manager will lead and directly manage a global team of Account Coordinators supporting all account segments. This role is responsible for ensuring a deep understanding of GAM needs and priorities and assigning the team of Account Coordinators to deliver against these needs and priorities.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide management and leadership to global team of Account Coordinators. 
• Define a strategy that fosters a rich team culture, enhances employee satisfaction and retention, and drives a high-performing team. 
• Fully own, provide vision, and thought leadership for the Account Coordination program, and fully manage the program from inception to execution. 
• Own budget and headcount plan to deliver upon agreed scope of program. 
• Work across the organization to understand and deliver on any cross-functional needs to ensure delivery of high priority programs and account governance.  
• Operationalize the Account Coordinator’s efficiency and effectiveness as a high impact team focused on delivering results. 

Qualifications: 

• 8+ Years’ experience in Account Management, Platform Relations, Relationship Management and/or Partner Operations 
• Demonstrated people management experience (10+); Team first professional with a passion for fostering a culture of efficiency and high performance while driving results, strategic outcomes, and operational accountability and improvements. 
• College Degree or equivalent experience in related field 
• Extensive experience in digital business, preferably in Games with a deep understanding of the game content lifecycle  
• Global Mindsight- able to cover multiple time zones and diverse cultural needs 
• Highly collaborative, able to work across various departments and deliver against multiple needs and priorities 
• Detail oriented approach, with a high degree of delivery excellence; You can spot operational/process inefficiencies and can clearly map out and suggest improvements.  
• You can create clarity of purpose and generate energy for an entire organization, with a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) 
• You’re talented in Communications, Business Management, and Operations, with a deep understanding of partner relations and commercial management, ideally with experience in video games. 
• You have unparalleled organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple, competing projects and priorities at any given time. 
• Your focus through change and ambiguity allows you to navigate uncertain situations and drive clarity for others. 
• You have outstanding interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills, that help you influence and work well with others at all levels of the org, including executives. 
• You lead with personal awareness, empathy, and accountability, and you inspire others to do the same.
