HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Manager, Account Service is responsible for managing client relationships and working closely with record keepers, plan sponsors, third party administrators and other channel partners as assigned. The Mgr, Account Service will also work closely with grandfathered accounts, when applicable, and the Sales Managers within their assigned territories to on-board new clients while maintaining and identifying areas of opportunity to retain and grow client relationships.
- Work with Sales Manager within assigned territory to establish annual plan to effectively work territory as a team to meet new account and revenue goals
- Deepen existing client relationships through email and calling efforts to create opportunities for Millennium Trust
- Research and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of client's business focus, plan design, and company news for assigned relationships
- Maintain knowledge of current and proposed legislation, sharing relevant information with key contacts
- Develop a plan for recurring touchpoints with assigned relationships and pursue opportunities for additional business that may include, but is not limited to, communication through email, phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations, after-hours events, conferences attendance, etc.
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to select clients and assist with special projects as requested
- Organize daily workflow to determine client needs, tracking all activities and communication in Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally with various individuals at all levels of the business, both internally and externally
- Participate in meetings to identify, design and implement strategies and project plans
- Attend 2-4 conferences annually
- Conduct in-person visits with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and find new opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
- Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
- 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
- Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Strong collaboration skills
- A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
