Manager, Accounts Receivable

As the Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will lead our Accounts Receivable team and play a key role in managing and optimizing cash flows. You will be responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable cycle, from billing to collection, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processes across a range of entities.

Your Role :

• Supervise the daily operations of Accounts Receivable, including billing, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
• Perform revenue reconciliation in collaboration with FP&A team
• Develop strategies to optimize collection processes and reduce payment delays in collaboration with the cash manager.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on the status of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize accounting processes.
• Manage, train, and develop the Accounts Receivable team.

Your Profile:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent command of accounting principles and experience with ERP & cash collection softwares.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
