Description and Requirements

Invoicing and collection: Overseeing the invoicing, collection, and cash application processes. This includes ensuring payments are collected on time and conducting credit checks.

Reporting: Preparing and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual results

Compliance: Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures comply with legal regulations

Team management: Assigning tasks to the accounts receivable team, and training and supporting new team members. Tracking and monitoring remotely

Forecasting: Preparing forecasting reports.

Record keeping: Creating and maintaining records of invoices, bills, and deposits.

Customer relations: Interacting with customers in non-payment cases.

Cash flow: Monitoring customer accounts to maintain and improve cash flow.

Working capital: Directing initiatives to improve working capital.

Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements

Dispute management : Investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment.

Skill set updation: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
