Nike USA, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Developing analytical systems and working with big data. Analytical programming languages and utilizing experience in adapting to new and innovative languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Data structures and reviewing how data is stored and can be queried from platforms such as AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS) or similar cloud platform. Advanced statistical modeling such as forecasting, predictive modeling. Manipulating, cleansing, and engineering data for Data and Analytical Tools. Building and maintaining predictive analytical models that are being used continuously. Performance Analysis/tuning, visualizing how an algorithm is working using Tableau or similar business intelligence tool. Story telling the results of an analysis, presentation of data to relevant stakeholders, such as senior management, executive leadership, and technical teams. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology. Developing analytics strategies to support business objectives and lay out long term plans for development of data and analytics capabilities. Experience leading individuals directly or indirectly through execution of the above criteria.
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related engineering occupation. Experience must include:
- Performance Analysis/tuning using Tableau;
- Programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL;
- Statistical Modeling;
- AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS) or similar cloud platform;
- Line Planning, such as strategic visioning and budget ownership;
- Translation of Consumer, Sales, and Marketplace Insights into strategy;
- Sales Data Analytics;
- Pricing Architecture strategy and implementation;
- Financial analysis, financial modeling, or financial operations projects;
- Presentation of financial data to relevant shareholders, such as senior management;
- Information gathering, information retrieval, statistical analysis, and qualitative analysis;
- Operations planning, supply chain management, sales planning, and market analysis;
- Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines;
- Product strategy and product management;
- Global alignment of teams to complete cross-functional projects within Fortune 500 companies;
- Agile scrum methodology;
- Lean and continuous delivery;
- Product backlog management;
- Presentation of data to relevant stakeholders, such as senior management, executive leadership, and technical teams.
