Job Description
The Advertising & Partnerships team focuses on creating premium experiences for top tier banking, FMCG, retail partners. We own the growth and development of these partnerships, striving to achieve and expand our win-win relationship to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesÂ

Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with new & existing key retail/FMCG brands, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors

Work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda

Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and researching and executing scalable solutions

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives

Forecast and track key account metrics

Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner vendorsâ needs and objectives

Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues

To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate usersâ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfil companyâs needs
Qualifications
-
At least 4-5 years of solid experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze and draw inference from data
-
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendorsâ needs
-
Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
-
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
-
Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory

Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
