Manager, Advisory Services

As a Manager in Advisory Services you will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) analysis, research and strategic plans. You will play a lead role planning and executing multiple engagements while developing analytical frameworks and methodologies, pushing the envelope on common IAM practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis of IAM processes, technologies, teams and organizations
• Gather, analyze and document business drivers and requirements
• Facilitate focus interviews and workshops
• Capture and process information, data and documentation
• Perform complex analysis and develop IAM-specific insight
• Research, define and communicate various solution options
• Define and document target architectures
• Develop and refine strategic roadmaps and plans
• Present and advise client executive leaders on strategic IAM direction
• Consult and prepare solution-selection criteria and request for proposals (RFPs)
• Guide and provide input into proof of concept (POC) activities
• Create and evolve analytical frameworks, methodologies and presentations
• Participate in business development and proposal development
• Provide recommendations into project scoping and structure
• Manage and maintain client relationships

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical degree
• 2+ years managing, planning and executing across multiple IAM disciplines
• 3+ years hands-on systems engineering experience implementing and integrating technologies
• 7+ years progressive and current information technology experience
• IAM subject matter expertise in one of the following industries: healthcare, energy and utilities, life sciences or retail.
• CISSP (preferred)

Travel and Location

• Ability to travel to client sites up to 75% of the time
• Any metropolitan city in the United States (see travel requirement)
