The Talent Acquisition Analytics and Insights Manager derives actionable insights from data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining our talent so that we can drive higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. We drive impact on Gartner's Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state of the art technology, analytics, and processes.

The Talent Acquisition Analytics and Insights Manager will serve as the trusted advisor to senior recruiting leadership by providing strategic, analytical and operational support, with a focus on Recruiting Programs. You will analyze data, identify insights and turn numbers into compelling stories to ultimately drive decision making for Talent Acquisition leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Create logical and impactful metrics and analytics for meetings with key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Proactively identify and prioritize recruiting enhancements and initiatives based on business strategy
  • Lead and support projects and identify processes to enhance effectiveness of Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Act as the "voice of recruiting" to drive interests and alignment with cross functional business partners
  • Partner closely with Recruiting Programs leadership to understand their priorities and provide analytic and strategic support across their key initiatives, including referrals, recruiting events, vendor management, DEI and other programs within Talent Acquisition
  • Drive execution of recruiting best practices and disseminate insights across Global Talent Acquisition teams
  • Lead and support the development and evolution of recruiting programs to build Gartner for scale, drive high quality hiring and reduce open positions
  • Perform ad hoc analyses related to our Talent Acquisition capability and to support recruiting leaders
  • Manage a team of Analytics and Insight Specialists providing analytics support, prioritizing and distributing asks of the team, and supporting and growing their careers within the team and Gartner

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in analytical subject or business preferred (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics, finance etc.)
  • 4-8+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in an HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance role
  • Strong background using Excel and PowerPoint to turn analytical insights into easily consumable visuals and presentations
  • Ability to effectively engage and lead senior executives in the development of solutions for Gartner's most critical business initiatives
  • Experience working on successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions
  • Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment
