About the Role
We are seeking a Manager of AP & Procurement who is responsible for the end-to-end procure to pay cycle. In addition to managing pre-existing processes, this person will be responsible for building new processes and reconstructing various aspects of the function, including our system architecture, to allow us to meet the growing needs of the business. This role will be highly cross-functional, working with individuals across all levels and domains. We are looking for an innovative individual who thrives in a changing environment. What You’ll Do
- Own the Accounts Payable and Procurement (P2P) function, including management of one Sr. P2P Analyst
- Oversee and participate in the end-to-end purchasing process, including: vendor selection and onboarding, review of purchase requisitions, assisting with negotiations, receiving, system configuration, etc.
- Participate in the monthly closing process, including review of reconciliation of the accounts payable subledger, validation of accruals and reconciliation of credit card accounts
- Manage inquiries from and communication with external vendors and internal business partners related to AP and Procurement (P2P)
- Identify and implement processes that will allow the P2P function to scale with an emphasis on best practices and strong internal controls
- Drive the development of metrics and analytics to evaluate efficiency of the P2P function
- Oversee the annual 1099 reporting process
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A and Business Partners to ensure purchases adhere to budgetary constraints, are in compliance with the Purchasing Policy, and have beneficial contract terms and conditions for Glassdoor
- Participate and lead various projects, as assigned
What You’ll Bring

- Minimum of 4 years of Accounts Payable and Procurement experience, including 1+ years of supervising the Accounts Payable and Procurement function
- Coupa experience required; Netsuite preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to all levels of the company and with external vendors
- Demonstrated experience implementing or improving AP and Procurement processes
- Proven ability to people manage others
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment
Base Salary Range*: $98,900 - $185,400

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Annual Bonus Target: 10%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
