Position Purpose: Manages the team members accountable for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Master's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred

Technical Skills:

Experience with Application Development; Applications Architecture required

Experience with Other: DevOps industry best practices required

Knowledge of Agile Software Development required

Preferred Skills:

Management of IT application development teams that handles data analytics as well as data integrity initiatives.

Familiarization of skill set on team which includes Java full stack, ETL tools Informatica and Talend, and Reporting tools MicroStrategy and Tableau.
