Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Manager, Auto Sales Development (Regions) to lead a dynamic team responsible for developing and delivering a cohesive auto narrative and strategy across multiple regions such as Chesterbrook PA, Southfield MI, Indianapolis IN, Spring TX, Alpharetta GA, and Denver CO. In this coach/player role, you will oversee a team that plays a pivotal role in supporting our large multi-region auto accounts, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution, alignment to account deal points, and driving the success of our auto category-specific initiatives. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Plans daily activities and assigns tasks, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to proper policies and procedures and are in accordance with the overall functional strategy of the team.
  • Partners with Sales, HQ Auto Sales Development, Regional Auto Sales Development, and Partner Departments to prioritize, design, and support initiative execution across, and down through the organization.
  • Identifies opportunities for greater consistency across Effectv’s regions, eliminating initiative duplication and elevates strategies that can be scaled in partnership with our HQ teams.
  • Works closely with assigned advertising sales teams to understand and track schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaigns. Monitors adherence to master advertising production schedule.
  • Supports designing and deployment of auto category-specific trainings that upskill our team members in partnership with the Learning and Performance organization
  • Creates and maintains financial reports including revenue, forecasting and budget reports.
  • Facilitates sales materials and resources needs. Coordinates the distribution of sales materials and resources.
  • Monitors inventory and recommends strategy for optimum use of available inventory.
  • Interfaces with Ad Sales and other departments to coordinate ad packages, sponsorships and ad options being offered to large automotive ownership groups, agencies, and brand opportunities.
  • Creates work performance standards. Remains available to Advertising Sales Team and resolves operational questions and issues.
  • Implements operational policies and procedures.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
