This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager - Brand & Community in India.

This is a strategic and highly visible marketing role focused on building and strengthening brand presence, community engagement, and corporate communications across multiple channels. The position plays a key role in shaping how the organization is perceived across education and technology ecosystems, driving both awareness and long-term brand equity. You will lead initiatives spanning PR, campaigns, partnerships, events, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring consistent messaging and strong market recall. The role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and execution excellence in a fast-moving digital environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, media, and agencies to build impactful brand experiences. This is an opportunity to shape a growing brand’s voice and community presence at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies to strengthen visibility, positioning, and recall across markets
  • Lead corporate communications and PR activities including press releases, media relations, and storytelling initiatives
  • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and community channels
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, media organizations, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Conceptualize and execute brand events, sponsorships, and engagement programs to drive awareness and reach
  • Oversee internal and external communication strategies ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and event agencies to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
  • Drive community-building efforts and engagement programs across relevant audiences
  • Requirements:

    • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications
    • Proven experience in building and scaling brand presence in education, technology, or related industries
    • Strong background in PR, media relations, and corporate communications execution
    • Ability to design and execute marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies
    • Experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder relationships
    • Strong writing skills with experience in press releases, blogs, and communication materials
    • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
    • Knowledge of US and European edtech or technology markets is a strong advantage
    • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
