This role leads a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business and revenue growth within the SMB segment. You will manage, coach, and develop Account Executives to maximize performance in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. The position involves shaping the sales motion, establishing repeatable processes, and partnering cross-functionally to unlock market opportunities. You will drive team pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and overall sales outcomes while fostering a strong outbound culture. Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, ensuring consistent attainment of revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong outbound, hunter-driven culture focused on pipeline generation, deal velocity, and new business wins.
  • Oversee team pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and overall performance against quotas.
  • Provide hands-on coaching across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to improve win rates and deal quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to refine go-to-market strategy, optimize lead flow, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, implementing process improvements to scale efficiency.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent while fostering a high-performance, accountable team culture.
  • Act as the voice of the field, providing feedback on product, positioning, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of SaaS or media sales experience, with at least 3 years in front-line management roles.
    • Proven track record of leading quota-carrying teams to exceed revenue targets in high-velocity, mid-market environments.
    • Strong expertise in outbound sales motions and pipeline generation strategies.
    • Experience selling AdTech/MarTech solutions or working with marketing and growth stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop early- to mid-career sales reps into top performers.
    • High proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, balancing hands-on involvement in deals with building scalable processes.
    • Excellent communication skills and strong influence with cross-functional partners.
