Who You Are:

As the Manager of Brand Experiences & Partnerships, you will be a part of an innovative, fast-paced team dedicated to producing exciting and engaging experiences that reflect Supergoop!’s brand values. You will assist in the ideation and planning of all brand experiences, events and partnerships while managing the execution to drive brand awareness, affinity, acquisition, and sales.  Working cross functionally across teams such as Influencer, Press, Social, Retail, Creative and E-Commerce, you will contribute an in-depth understanding of the Supergoop! Brand, groundbreaking experiences and best-in-class partnerships. You will report to the Director of Brand Experiences & Partnerships

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a strong understanding of the brand, overall aesthetic and target consumer demographic and utilize those insights to create unique, highly covetable brand experiences and partnerships
  • Develop a strategy and manage large and small scale Partnerships opportunities - everything from coordinating social giveaways, partner kits, and 360 product collaborations. 
  • Work cross functionally to ensure these partnerships ladder up to corporate goals and DTC + Retail marketing plans
  • Understand partnership fee structures and sales margins to help make all partnerships profitable, in addition to buzzworthy
  • Help cultivate new relationships with like-minded brands and assist in managing existing relationships with brand partners
  • Develop a strategy and manage Supergoop!’s digital and physical events and experiences (public facing and press) for brand campaigns, product launches, and general brand activations. 
  • Develop and partner with Head of Brand to drive brand’s philanthropic initiative Ounce by Ounce including managing programming, growth plans and strategic partnerships
  • Partner with the Social + Communications teams to conceptualize buzzworthy giftings to influencers and editors and bring these giftings to life in alignment with product launches and brand campaigns. 
  • Work with DTC and Leadership team to develop and produce Supergoop!’s evergreen and annual capsule collection of Merch.
  • Develop a reporting system to showcase impact, ROI, key learnings and insights from partnerships and events. 
  • Manage Partnership/Event budget throughout the year. 
  • Develop Partner/Event strategy for Global markets specifically UK and Canada. Partner with APAC team to ensure key Partner/Event strategies can be mirrored in local markets. 
  • Stay on top of industry trends, specifically how other brands are collaborating  and creating unique experiences

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience, agency or in-house, preferred
  • Highly creative and innovative with a love for creating surprise and delight experiences
  • Experience in brand partnerships and collaborations - understanding how to conceptualize an interesting, co-branded offering and market it to two sets of consumers
  • Experience in IRL events from conception to production to reporting, both in an agency and in house preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation; excellent at developing process and organizational systems. 
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, and parallel-path multiple campaigns/projects. 
  • Excellent communication skills internally and externally. Strong ability to develop new relationships and maintain ongoing relationships with vendors and partners, adept at communicating Supergoop!’s brand values and mission with brands. Comfortable working cross functionally and communicating status, plans, and requests with other departments. 
  • Social and pop culture savvy - obsessed with design, trends, and emerging brands across multiple industries (wellness, beauty, fitness, hospitality). 
  • Experience managing and producing physical items (merch/giftings), skilled at managing timelines internally and with vendors. 
  • Experience in event conception, planning and execution
