Manager, Brand Marketing
Job Description
LOCATION
Infleqtion has 6 office locations, operating out of Austin, TX; Boulder, CO; Madison, WI; Chicago, IL; London, UK; and Melbourne, AU. This position is a full-time, hybrid position which will be located in our Boulder, CO or Chicago, IL office.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the new manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts and designs that help drive our brand forward. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of design systems, brand design, and UI/UX, as well as a proven track record of developing award-winning marketing campaigns and design experiences for highly complex products. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated, and talented designer, looking to apply and build their skills in an exciting, fast-growing deep-tech company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of the creative vision for the brand, including visual and brand design, photography, video, experiential, interactive, and social to support sales and product marketing
- Partner with cross-functional marketing and strategy roles, product managers, and product marketing leads to develop and execute creative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure the visual and brand design of products aligns with the overall brand strategy and customer experience
- Translate research, company goals, and high-level strategic direction into inspiring and successful design solutions
- Ensure a high level of quality and consistency in all creative work
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Stay current on design and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for new creative opportunities
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including web and mobile experiences, print collateral, video content, conference exhibits, presentations and more
- Develop and implement processes and workflows to optimize the creative production process and increase efficiency and quality
- Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand guidelines and supports the overall brand strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to support the execution of creative projects
- Manage the creative budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- This role requires that you do not require sponsorship or a work visa transfer
This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)
- Bachelor's degree required; Preferences for candidates with a business, marketing or scientific/technical degree
- 5+ years' experience in B2B design or related discipline, with a track record of success in high-tech preferred
- Experience in marketing emerging technologies (e.g. AI, ML, High-Performance Computing) and crisply communicating complex scientific and technological concepts to a highly technical audience through visuals
- Entrepreneurial drive, intellectual agility, and personal eagerness to develop with the needs of the business
- Demonstrated ability to learn new and complex topics quickly
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts, capabilities, products, and ideas into highly compelling business value propositions for partners and customers
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with all levels of an organization; Professional-level communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Desire and demonstrated ability to thrive and produce results in a fluid, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel domestically and (potentially) internationally up to 20%
