We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team player to join the Brand team as our Manager of Brand Strategy reporting directly to our Senior Director of Brand Strategy. The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years of experience working on consumer brands in the context of strategy development, comms planning, creative ideation, copywriting, or consumer research. This is an opportunity to help shape brand campaigns, audience targeting plans, and content strategy for a truly mission-oriented company.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Communications Planning (50%)
Be the voice of our customer when auditing and refining Bombas’ day-to-day communication touchpoints. The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, customer insights, product, merchandising, and creative teams to constantly improve how Bombas shows up in the world - specifically across email, site, and social.
- Social-First Brand Marketing (30%)
Define and lead our influencer + brand friendlies engagement strategy, helping to shape calendared content plans, execute on product distribution, contracting, measurement and agency partner management.
- Creative Brief Writing (15%)
Support in developing insights-filled product and campaign briefs by pulling from both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decision making. The ideal candidate brings an eye for design, and can help pull visual references and cultural trends as fuel for creative ideation.

- 3-4+ years of experience in branding, marketing, journalism or the social sciences (sociology, psychology, cultural studies)
- Previous research experience, looking into new customer behaviors , category trends, and culture shifts
- Constant curiosity in understanding why something knocked it out of the park or just didn’t quite work -- and then applying those learnings to constantly improve
- Drive to get every project over the finish line: the job doesn’t end after the brief is set, you’ll be eager to collaborate with our PR, Creative, Marketing, and D&A team to ensure the best possible execution of any program.

Each component of the Bombas total rewards package, including benefits and pay, is aimed at contributing to an environment where team members have resources to manage their lives and are enabled to focus on doing their best work.
The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $102,500 and $125,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
