Job Description
The Business Resiliency Manager is primarily responsible to manage the Enterprise Business Resiliency program. This includes program governance, development and execution of the program framework, coordination of the Incident Command Center during a declared event. Oversight of Business Units to develop, test and implement plans and procedures to ensure that business and operations units can effectively respond to unplanned events that pose significant risk to BOKF, its associated companies, employees, assets, revenue, reputation and ability to do business. This position is responsible to manage the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIAs), evaluate risks to operational facilities, and coordinate the development and integration of application, system and network recovery strategies and plans to support business resumption within approved recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs). The oversight of corporate emergency preparedness/disaster recovery programs and ensure effective operation.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will direct Business Resiliency staff to ensure recovery plans and strategies are developed, maintained and tested for all critical business functions to ensure alignment with program directives and executed to ensure timely recovery of business functions, systems and data following a disaster.
- You will establish and maintain the program framework, processes and procedures to meet regulatory guidelines.
- You will interact with Governance board, business executives, auditors and regulators to report program status and communicate strategic plans and initiatives.
- You will distribute alert communications and coordinate activation of the Incident Command Center (ICC) during a declared event. You will facilitate ICC meetings and coordinate plan activations and recovery efforts as directed by the ICC.
- You will conduct annual BIAs including acceptable recovery time periods and resources required for the successful resumption of business operations in the event of a disaster. You will work with vendors, Information Services and Enterprise Support Resources to identify RTOs, RPOs and risk indices for all business applications.
- You will perform on-going risk analysis for critical functional areas to identify points of vulnerability and recommend disaster avoidance and risk reduction strategies.
- You will assist Information Services in the development of technical plans for the recovery of applications, hardware, software, networks and infrastructure which support the business functions.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in technology, computer science, engineering or related field and 7-8 years related experience; or 13-14 years of equivalent work experience.
Preferred: Disaster Recovery Professional Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), etc.
