As a Business Development Manager for the North America team, you're not just a leader; you're a catalyst for driving our business forward. Your primary mission is to build, mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing Business Development Rep (BDR) team to strategically generate a qualified sales pipeline that exceeds targets.

What You’ll Do As A Business Development Manager:

  • Be Present: Foster a work environment where in-office presence is highly valued for its role in enhancing culture, encouraging collaboration, and facilitating personal and professional growth.
  • Team Development & Training: Implement a BDR training/enablement curriculum ensuring new hires are onboarded successfully and training needs are fulfilled for the existing team members.
  • Talent Acquisition: Continuously identify and recruit future Sales Talent who are aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales & Marketing GTM Leaders to develop “plays” that generate net new and up-sell opportunities in Fortune 1000 Accounts.

What You’ll Bring As A Business Development Manager:

  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams toward exceeding their targets.
  • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional skills in strategic planning and execution, including experience in developing and implementing effective "plays" with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • BDR Best Practices: In-depth understanding of key BDR metrics and best practices, including methods for increasing response rates, BDR automation techniques, effective messaging and cadence, and reporting.
  • Recruitment Acumen: Track record of identifying, recruiting, and developing Sales Talent in alignment with company growth strategies.
  • Training Expertise: Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing BDR training and enablement programs that accelerate new hire onboarding and improve team performance.
