We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to help Array build out the latest generation of credit reporting services supporting hundreds of thousands of visitors daily, on mobile and desktop. This will be a hunting role and will be responsible for identifying, building and closing key partnerships to support Array's credit services products.
You will:
- Work collaboratively with leadership to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will execute on those needs.
- Conduct and review product research to identify new markets and developing customer needs within this vertical.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and any other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, operations, product, marketing, finance and other cross-functional teams.
- Excel and balance planning with execution, are very comfortable collaborating across numerous functions and stakeholders and managing change.
- Promote the company's products and services addressing or predicting clients' objective
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS and B2B sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective Sales Leader with an established history of prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing sales.
- Outstanding ability to explain technical products to a non-technical audience.
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in new and innovative ways
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
