About the role
As our Sales Team continues to grow, we are looking for a Manager, Business Development, who will partner with advertisers across a vast landscape of industries and agencies, to bring the power of Attain data to life. As our offerings expand beyond insights, programmatic media and measurement, your digital media expertise, strategic mindset and relationship building skills will be the key foundation to help our customer base scale within Attain’s key monetization pillars.Â
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the digital advertising space, with a focus on data-driven advertising
- Experience constructing business development agreements, building partnerships and facilitation of external client partner management in the media/measurement space
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent customer service, project management, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising as well as the advertising landscape (DSP/DMP/SSP)
What a typical week might look like
- Be the external face of assigned portfolio of Attain’s business across key, strategic targets; in partnership with account managers, revenue operations and sales leadership
- Source, identify and generate partnership opportunities and establish best practices to foster, manage and track those opportunities
- Pitch and acquire new business opportunities as well as present thought leadership and strong levels of business acumen in the industryÂ
- Lead full-cycle partner relationships from initial engagement, RFP, agreement development and launch
- Strategize and plan long-term and short-term objectives to meet and/or exceed revenue goalsÂ
- Be the voice and representation of Attain with external clients with all aspects and facets of the partnership, including, but not limited to, operations, technology, execution, implementation, negotiations and evaluations
- Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to assigned partners by supporting performance, evaluation, metrics
At the end of your first year, you’ll have helped us
- Execute on our vision to be a leader in outcomes, by constructing a number of first-to-market monetization partnershipsÂ
- Voice strategic ideas and plans to scale, monetize and increase brand-awareness of Attain’s unique offeringsÂ
- Anticipate future needs and strategize with Attain’s key customers
- Achieve increased revenue generated from your assigned agency portfolio, while also maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Have established strong relationships with key decision-makers and implemented successful campaigns and initiatives that demonstrate the agency's unique value and impact
