Job Description
- Own top-of-funnel outreach: multi-threaded email phone LinkedIn and events.
- Build and maintain target account lists; run experiments on messaging and sequencing.
- Schedule and confirm first meetings; ensure clean handoffs to AEs.
- Track activity notes and next steps in CRM with precision.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on data quality.
- Capture market intel (personas objections competitors) and share with the team.
- 1–3+ years in a BDR/SDR or client-facing role (proptech fintech SaaS or partnerships a plus).
- Clear concise writing; confident phone presence; objection handling skills.
- Process discipline: you hit your daily/weekly activity and quality targets.
- Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) sequencing (Outreach/Apollo) and Sales Navigator.
- Curiosity grit and a builder mindset in a high-growth environment.
