Position Summary
We're looking for a Manager BI Developer to join our global team and work on our massive data processing pipeline, and help us deliver insights.
The Manager, BI Developer will be leading BI solutions across the organization to enable data-driven decision making and promote strategical game related aspects, using various tools.
The BI team includes developers in Texas, US and in Israel. As part of the role, the Lead BI Developer will lead the team of developers in Israel, own services, work immensely with another Lead BI Developer in Austin TX, and with different stakeholders and be a focal point of needs of the BI team.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Global BI Manager and with the team lead in Israel.
• Collaborate regularly with various stakeholders and translate business requirements to data solutions and actionable recommendations for business decisions
• Lead & mentor BI Developers
• Design and develop the company BI infrastructure
• Develop and initiate advanced ETL process and data models and maintain existing ones
• Design and build visualizations and reporting solutions using Tableau
• Maintain existing visualization and reporting solutions, and make adjustments and extensions according to requirements
• Work 60% hands-on
• Proactively identify gaps in data consumption and define processes to complete them
• Responsible for data integrity
• Execute gap analysis to support decision makers

Requirements:

• BA / BSc in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering or equivalent academic knowledge
• 5 + years' experience as a BI Developer
• Excellent hands-on SQL skills (including T-SQL, DDL and DML)
• Proven 2 + years' experience in Tableau (including managing Tableau server (TSM))
• Proven track record in defining, managing, and delivering BI projects
• Experience with Airflow
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience leading a development team
• Experience with programing language (Python / Scala / Java) - Advantage
• Self-learner, multi-tasking, able to work independently, highly organized, strong analytical skills and pays attention to details
• Good emotional intelligence, critical thinking and have good sense of urgency
• Know how to get things done and motivate team members
