The Business Intelligence Manager is a key leader on the ADTRAV technology team. This person heads the RezIntel division, which is responsible for data architecture, ETL processes, data warehouse, reporting, and our full business intelligence platform. In this role, the BI Manager must be able to drive business goals, improve processes, and lead the team to successful outcomes for our business and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team to collaborate with internal and external customers to identify needs and define requirements; prioritize requests; and to develop, test and implement information management solutions.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork between the teams for increased productivity
• Ensure timeliness, consistency, accuracy and confidence from our business partners to make informed business decisions.
• Manage day-to-day responsibilities for a team consisting of: Data Architects, ETL Developers, Report Developers, Dashboard Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Oversight and management of production support for Information Management.
• Partner to define the company's multi-year BI strategy and execution roadmap.
• Implement strategy for BI data delivery and reporting platforms to drive growth and business improvement.
• Expand the understanding and use of data within the organization by presenting analysis, results, and recommendations. Design and deliver end user training to ensure applications are available and understood by internal and external customers.
• Manage the selection and implementation of appropriate tools, software, applications, and systems to support BI goals.
• Work cross-functionally to create strategy and execute data management methodologies, governance, guidelines and standards.
• Develop, mentor, and lead staff to foster an environment of teamwork and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with managing technical teams
• Experience with requirements definition
• Experience with SQL Server / TSQL queries
• Experience with report development (Business Objects, Crystal, Tableau, Qlik, MS-SSRS, Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a data-centric technical role
• Qlik experience
• Data warehouse experience
