Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Business Operations within our Arrow Intelligent Systems (AIS) business unit. This role will act as the manufacturing lead and liaison for the transition of a segment of the business to a new ERP system and support ongoing manufacturing business operations post-transition. This will include supporting the strategic development of systems, goals, processes, training, and delivering on critical capabilities in support of our growing manufacturing business.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new processes supporting internal and external customers.
  • Supports developing and implementing business support strategies, plans, and goals.
  • Oversees progress and timelines of projects to ensure products are launched on time and on budget.
  • Prepares and delivers executive presentations on operational projects and customer engagements.
  • Leads and participates in complex project work within the manufacturing business unit.
  • Participate in the sales cycle providing insight into the customer engagement model and process.
  • Ensure service levels and operational KPIs are maintained for the supported business unit.
  • Drives the documentation, implementation, and reporting of key metrics and results.
  • Provides technical support on set-up and implementation of new engagements.
  • Provides timely communication and escalation of issues and work resolutions.
    Lead the development and standardization of comprehensive new business processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement and report on key metrics and KPIs
  • Capture, report, and understand the various costs, and cost drivers, and implement improvement programs where synergies exist.
  • Prepare financial analyses of impacts on business operations and make recommendations to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensuring all new processes follow regulatory, environmental, and medical certification requirements.
  • Supporting cost accounting and financial recovery for manufacturing products.

What We Are Looking For
Typically requires 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to translate customer input into future action
  • Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to work and communicate effectively across functions with credibility and influence
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to apply insights to new situations
  • The ability to implement positive change
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • An established leadership philosophy with a proven track record managing business operation
  • Ability to travel Internationally 15-20% domestically.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$86,200.00 - $99,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
