Manager, Cash/Treasury

DIRECTV is seeking a Manager in our Cash/Treasury sector of our Finance organization. This strategic leader will manage the leveraging and dividend policy, capital market activities, cash deployment and investments, and hedging policy and execution. In this position, you will exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. In this supervisory role, the Manager executes on the contractual relationship with real estate vendors, including purchase order creation and invoice approvals. Additional key responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead the capital structure, funding strategy and execution, liquidity, cash management, risk management, credit policies, balance sheet optimization, and real estate portfolio optimization and support.
• Manage credit policy, risk, accounts receivable performance and insurance programs.
• Determine funding and capital structure of groups/subsidiaries.
• Establish liquidity policy.
• Maintain relations with financial institutions, institutional investors, and rating agencies.
• Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in effective ways.
• Work on complex financial issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Assist with the execution of real estate strategy.
• Leverage financial modeling best practices and data mining techniques to undertake complex transactional and portfolio analysis.
• Maintain key operational models that support monthly financial reporting and forecasting for treasury operations and real estate.

What you'll need to be successful:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree; MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Strong attention to detail in data analysis
• Proficient Microsoft Office
• 10% of traveling required.

The US base salary range for this Manager, Cash/Treasury full-time position is $79,420 - $144,210 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
