Job Description
Manages team responsible for category management lines, including development, roll-out, and testing.
Oversees work with Category Managers, Vendor Master Group and Accounting to set-up and/or maintain Parts & Supplies vendors, often through subordinate teams. Ensures proper coordination with Sourcing, Category Management and Supply Chain to update and maintain product costing, information records and source lists for all Parts & Supplies. Responsible for researching, cataloguing and assisting with reconciliation for any invoice discrepancies. Monitors all vendor supply and/or pricing agreements for negotiated deliverables. Provides mentoring to Category Management team and ensures proper continuing education for all team needs.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.
Requires full understanding of approaches to assessing and improving the customer value proposition. Must be able to creatively apply strong marketing knowledge including category management life-cycle, competitive positioning and communications. Requires strong cross- functional leadership abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $111,000 to $145,950 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
