Job Description

The Manager, Cavanal Hill Trading is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operation of Cavanal Hill Trading desk. Overseeing the method of trade, the brokerage firms used, focusing on all security types: Equities, Options, repurchase agreements, Treasury bills/notes, agency securities, municipal bonds, and derivatives. Orders are executed to gain best price and execution utilizing various electronic venues as well as street side specialists. This position will manage other Cavanal Hill Investment Management traders and improve performance and cost efficiency in the trading area. This position will also be responsible for adhering to industry compliance standards and documenting the fact.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in security trading or 15+ years of equivalent work experience.
