DailyPay’s Channel Go-to-Market Strategy Team is responsible for crafting, developing and driving a go-to-market strategy with each partner in our network of Channel Partners. The Go-to-Market Strategy Manager role works closely with DailyPay’s Channel Partnerships, Marketing, New Markets, and Sales teams to collaborate and strategize on campaigns and initiatives that aim to drive referrals, build partnership strength, educate the market and increase brand awareness. This role includes managing a portfolio of Integration & Referral Channel Partners, across HCM, TMS, Payroll, and financial institutions, by creating marketing plans tailored to their specific strategies, developing sales activation and enablement programs, and coordinating campaigns with Channel Partner contacts and internal stakeholders.
This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business

How You Will Make an Impact:- Serve as the ongoing marketing relationship manager for your assigned portfolio of Channel Partners, developing strong working relationships with your partnership contacts
- Develop, own and drive a GTM playbook including a marketing plan and sales activation program for each Channel Partner in your portfolio
- Ensure DailyPay is top of mind by crafting value propositions, messaging and campaigns optimized for your portfolio of channel Partners and their Sales Teams
- Act as a project owner, translating multiple inputs into cohesive and prioritized plans centered around business outputs Stay current on competitive landscape and market feedback through internal resources and external research
- Lead the day-to-day responsibilities of a direct report - Channel GTM Strategy Associate Report on co-marketing campaigns & ROI
- Collaborate with our Channel Partners on co-marketing initiatives including:
- Sales collateral and marketing materials
- Digital advertising and social media campaigns
- Sales engagement and incentive programs
- Case studies and blogs
- Webinars and events
- Press releases, media strategy, and external facing newsletters
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, sales strategy, corporate partnerships, or a related field Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
- A proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally and forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization - both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to create, apply and communicate structure and process to a range of responsibilities
- Quick learner and self-starter; you thrive in a hyper-growth environment where you often face ambiguity and change
- You bring enthusiasm and confidence to your work
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Digital marketing, social media and/or PR background
- Prior experience working in a B2B Marketing role at a SaaS, HCM company or Financial Institution
- Experience leading a team
- HR executive relationships Knowledge of HCM/payroll
Competitive compensation:Â The target base salary range for this position is $79,600 to $114,400 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.Â
