We are currently looking for a Manager of Client Experience to join us.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Play an integral role in leading multiple client engagements
- Be the go-to for both the client and internal cross-functional Monigle teams on all projects and work streams across a client engagement
- Lead the creation and development of initiatives and projects from inception to completion, and manage / oversee the progress, timeline and budget of all activities to ensure the smooth completion and successful delivery of killer work
- Be responsible for ensuring an unparalleled positive experience for clients
- Own and manage the financial health of client projects, including billing, budget tracking and creation of new project estimates
- Contribute to organic growth with assigned clients
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 3-8 years of account services experience at a branding and/or advertising agency
- Is comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional and collaborative eco-system
- Has excellent attention to detail, across a variety of projects and timelines
- Is a problem-solver by nature and has the ability to be proactive, forward-thinking and resourceful
- Is adaptable, has a can-do attitude and is quick to take ownership
- Thrives in a fun, fast-paced, get shit done culture
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary range: $66,000 - 77,000 (Denver, Colorado area)
