ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and highly-organized professional to support the operations function for the Chief Legal Officer’s organization – Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Global Security Operations, and Government Affairs & Public Policy. Reporting directly to the Director, Strategic Operations & Planning, you will be primarily responsible for operationalizing processes and improving efficiencies across a wide range of systems and procedures that we use to support our internal clients and manage external partners.Â

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Provide primary support for CLO operations projects, including developing and maintaining knowledge management databases, inventory and maintenance of tools, subscriptions, and other internal/external resources
- Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for team members, support on/off site events (e.g., All Hands, team workshops, summits), and identify internal process gaps and develop guidelines and workflows to address the gaps
- Assist with legal matter maintenance and vendor support (e.g., law firm and matter setups, billing and payment questions, report creation, and general trouble-shooting)
- Manage CLO-wide programs geared to provide development opportunities and crafted to increase team member engagement
- Day-to-day oversight and support of contract lifecycle management tool (currently IronClad), including leading internal CLO and cross-functional training sessionsÂ
- Creation of playbooks, process maps, and other documents and plans to support the CLO operational infrastructure
- Provide creative thinking and promote a positive culture within the CLO and throughout Peloton
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years administrative, legal, operations, project management, or other experience requiring attention to detail, event planning, and time management
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects from inception to completion and to track and analyze data to show strategic outcomes and results
- Must be an independent and strategic problem solver who is a collaborative teammate (no job is too small or too large) and willing to take on additional responsibilities
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative business
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, the ability to prioritize an array of tasks, and a willingness to help out wherever needed
- Recognition of what it means to be the “face of the department” and the importance of setting a high standard
- Advanced technical abilities (including Excel and MS Office Suite, GoogleDrive, Google Sheets)
