What You'll Be Doing- Overall Job Description
The Cloud Operations Manager will join the Cloud Operations Team under the direction of the Director of Cloud Engineering and Operations. The primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the CloudOperations Team and ensuring adherence to our incident management guidelines, all to maintain the continuous availability of the Cbord Horizon cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the CloudOps Team.
- Ensure high availability of the Cbord Horizon Cloud Infrastrucutre.
- Responsible for the effective implementation of the Incident Management Process and carry out the respective reporting procedure.
- Schedule and Conduct incident root cause analysis.
- Proritize and allocate the work load to ensure quicker resolution.
- Provides reports for support/ ticket performance, maintains dashboards and reporting for management.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years serving as a lead or a manager of 5 or more individual contributors.
- Proficiency in Incident response management.
- Knowledge and experience working with Project Management tools. JIRA is a plus
- Experience running a 24x7 Tier 3 support team
- Experience with Public cloud offerings is a plus.
What's Good to Know
- Scheduled weekend work is required, sometimes with little advanced notice
- Some travel to meet with stakeholders is required

- Internal Customers including IT, Development, CloudOps Operations, CloudOps Automation and InfoSec.
- Customers and prospects to answer security related architecture questions
