About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven manager for its fast-paced Cloud Services team, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Cloud is the new frontier for security, and at CrowdStrike we are "cloud-first" and "cloud-forward".

Am I a Manager of Professional Services Candidate?
  • Are you able to lead technical teams focused on proactive threat detection and configuration analysis designed to identify or prevent customer breaches in the cloud?
  • Are you capable of leading teams and interacting with customers entangled in complicated and difficult situations?
  • Can you assess complicated problems and address them in a strategic fashion?
  • Are you capable of leading discussions regarding threats to a customer's Cloud environment and providing clear risk mitigations?
  • Are you capable of developing process and analysis improvements to solve customer delivery needs?
  • Do you find yourself interested in and keeping up with the latest cloud vulnerabilities and breaches?
  • Do you crave new and innovative work that actually matters to your customers?
  • Do you have a Cloud cyber defense, Incident Response or Security Operations background that you're not fully utilizing?
  • Do you love working around like-minded, smart people who you can learn from and mentor on a daily basis?


What You'll Do:
  • Lead teams of analysts and provide strategic oversight on Cloud Compromise Assessments, Cloud Security Assessments and, as needed, Cloud Incident Response cases
  • Develop, evaluate, and implement efficiencies into the life-cycle of all Cloud Technical Assessments e.g. scheduling, training, analysis, and reporting
  • Perform initial scoping for prospective customers to understand the objectives and level of effort to achieve assessment objectives
  • Communicate with customer executives and legal counsel to define scope and objectives for proactive assessments
  • Provide strategic, operational, and technical recommendations to help mature the security posture of customers
  • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events


What You'll Need:
Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Team leadership experience in a matrixed consulting remote environment
  • Managing projects of varying scope and complexity
  • Leading client-facing consulting engagements delivering high value, on-time and on-budget outcomes
  • Extensive experience with and knowledge of detection and response of threats for at least one of the following Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
  • Background in one at least one of the following domains:
    • Cloud Security Architecture: Experience designing and revising the designs of security controls to protect workloads in the cloud
    • Threat Hunting: experience conducting, developing or managing adversary threat hunting engagements, in either an internal security or consulting environment.
    • Incident Response: experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), Organized Crime, and Hactivists
    • Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise
    • Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations

Additionally, all candidates must possess the following qualifications:
  • Capable of leading teams of highly motivated technical analysts
  • Ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical people
  • Ability to lead customers through high stress situations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $145,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
