A day in the life! 

You will be responsible for the following: 

• Deep understanding of COPs, PDGM and other relevant CMS guidelines, ensuring these standards are consistently applied and adhered to by the team.  

• Results driven and detailed orientation to oversee and enhance coding and OASIS review processes.  

• Identify trends in data and highlight opportunities for improvement and recognize areas of success. Provide actionable insights to drive quality outcomes and operational insights to drive quality outcomes and operational efficiencies. Uses data to drive decision-making. 

• Providing day-to-day management to the stateside Coding Quality team, and oversite of international teams.  

• Partnering with clients to ensure the highest level of coding success and client satisfaction 

• Managing services to ensure delivery in accordance with operational support, policies, and procedures to ensure appropriate coding practices, regulatory, and contractual compliance 

• Collaborating with the Education team in identification of education opportunities for individuals and/or groups of coders/reviewers and participating in the evaluation of application through reviewing of the quality data.  

• Collaborating with Coding Operations and international teams to maintain an adequate supply of highly trained coders that ensures client satisfaction. 

• Responding to client questions, product issues, and training teammates. 

• Performing other job duties as assigned 

Do you have what it takes? 

Required Qualifications: 

• 4-6 years related work experience  

• Experience with informal mentoring or directing the work of others 

• Coding and OASIS certification 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Clinical background preferred with home care/hospice experience
