The Manager, Collins Accessory Systems (CAS) Value Stream is the point of contact for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality throughout the product life cycle. The Manager is the primary point of contact for the customer on all planning, production, quality and schedule related activities. The Manager collaborates across production planning, production, quality and logistics to meet program milestones, successfully transition product to the factory, support on-time delivery, ensure delivery of high-quality products and support rate-readiness activities.

The Manager, Collins Accessory Systems (CAS) Value Stream is the point of contact for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality throughout the product life cycle. The Manager collaborates across production planning, production, quality and logistics to meet program milestones, successfully transition product to the factory, support on-time delivery, ensure delivery of high-quality products and support rate-readiness activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to drive performance and achieve program industrialization objectives to meet customer requirements
- Drive rapid closure of issues impacting delivery to meet customer requirements, including quality, subtier and operational excellence issues
- Accountable to maintain customer consignment inventory levels to support customer demand forecast.
- Develop consignment inventory shipment strategies to level load the manufacturing production schedule.
- Support quarterly reviews with customer to align consignment strategies with customer expectations.
- Accountable to maintain achievable master production schedule based on demand, lead time, capacity constraints, inventory strategies and materials availability
- Maintain executive communications of risk and action plan for resolution of issues impacting customer requirements
- Travel up to 20%
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advance Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional teams, programs and projects
- Experience developing and implementing strategies to achieve cost and delivery performance targets
- Experience achieving business results in delivery, technical and budgetary goals
- Experience with development programs and new product introduction
- Experience in Supply Management, Operations or Quality.
- Experience with Aerospace manufacturing or supply value stream
- Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process
