Manager Commercial Technology

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is hybrid based out of Northbrook, IL or Research Triangle Park, NC

• Build and enable and effective team through establishing clear expectations and management of performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood.
• Establish, develop, and maintain scalable processes within the department that guarantee best practices.
• Lead daily activities required to assure the technology is meeting/exceeding the needs of the appropriate user populations.
• Manage commercial technology stack providing recommendations for system additions, enhancements, or upgrades/downgrades.
• Manage marketing/commercial system integrations and migrations for acquired companies
• Build, maintain and leverage strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels across the organization with business units, client services, sales, operations, and finance.
• Manage all of Commercial/Marketing Operations areas including MAP/CRM administration, lead scoring, nurture, lead management, campaign tracking, database health, targeting and segmentation plans, and alignment with all Commercial Excellence Pillars.
• Manage analytics to support team performance objectives.
• Manage all continued optimization for website and funnel related activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Generally, eight years or more of related discipline experience or demonstrated competency including three years or more of relevant management/leadership experience or demonstrated competency.
