Job Summary
Administers the Company Stock Plans by maintaining and reconciling important controls and records necessary to assure the accuracy of all plan participants' accounts. Provide broad-based consulting, conceptual and technical support for the development, implementation and use of compensation programs. Play a key role in the design, implementation and management of Company-wide base salary and long-term incentive plans. Prepares reports for internal partners and respond to ad hoc data requests. Assists in the preparation of information to participants in the executive compensation plans and also assists in the preparation of material for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Assist with other compensation projects when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day administration of AUSA equity programs, including processing new equity awards, exercises, and cancellations.
- Prepares quarterly reports for the payroll, tax, and accounting departments and validate stock activity to payroll.
- Assists in the preparation of grant materials for the Executive Compensation Committee Meetings.
- Review and process monthly RSU vesting's and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage and prepare quarterly grants for Senior Directors and above.
- Confirm and maintain regular and special termination treatment at AUSA's equity plan sponsor site for all participants.
- Responsible for equity communications for quarterly grants, monthly RSU's and unsigned grant agreements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs.
- Assist with the LTI plan review and design.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting form 4 information and reporting requirements.
- Works closely with general counsel to administer insider trading policy, trading windows, and preclearance requirements.
- Support proxy preparation including available share analysis and other equity items.
- Assists in the maintenance of participants accounts by reviewing Indicative file errors at AUSA's equity plan sponsor site.
- Back-up to other department compensation managers when necessary.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business with Human Resources emphasis or equivalent, and 3-5 years progressive compensation and equity administration experience.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and PC software skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting and process and project management skills.
- CCP completion and Human Resources generalist experience a plus.
