About The Role
Beyond Finance’s Compliance function oversees the development and implementation of the compliance program. As a Manager of Compliance, you will drive our Compliance Testing Program. You will design, test, and monitor compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Compliance Testing ProgramÂ
- Participating in the planning, drafting test plans, executing testing, and reporting of compliance testing results
- Perform independent testing and quality assurance monitoring of the business to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal consumer financial services laws and regulations
- Reports and escalates issues and findings for remediation
- Reports regularly on issues and trends in the program
- Test assignments, review work product of testers and provide constructive feedback, review for accuracy and quality

- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and the ability to meet competing deadlines
- Knowledge of applicable consumer financial services and privacy laws, rules and regulations
Required Education and Experience:
- College degree, or equivalent compliance or risk experience
- 5-7 years of relevant compliance management experience
- 1-3 years of experience managing a team
- 1 or more compliance/risk certifications (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience with consumer finance laws and regulations – TCPA, TSR, GLBA, Reg P, FCRA, ECOA, FACTA/RedFlags, BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, TILA, ESIGN, etc
- Consumer lending, fintech or banking background required
