Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manages team of Instructional Designers to meet priorities on time
• Clears obstacles to scoping new content projects
• Coordinates with education leadership to ensure content development and delivery is efficient and produces the best possible result for our customers
• Manages multiple projects and programs simultaneously across Apptio products and TBM and FinOps disciplines
• Maintains the project management process for Education Services
• Represents Education Services in meetings with cross functional team members and leaders
• Works with sales and customers to scope custom content and communication kit creation
• Maintains the full catalog of education content
• Identifies new content opportunities and modalities for delivery in free and for-fee channels
• Creates templates and standards for new modalities
• Interfaces with offshore development team to improve communication resource scheduling and development processes
• Performs Sr. Instructional Designer role tasks on development projects if needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2 years experience managing team of Education Content Developers or Instructional Designers
• 10 years of experience in education / content development

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience within IT Finance and/or Technology departments
