Manager, Content Marketing

Biofourmis is seeking a Manager, Content Marketing at an exciting time for this fast growth organization. The Manager, Content Marketing will ideally be located on the east coast and will be a key member of the team to create a market leading commercial marketing organization and will drive content strategy execution to build Biofourmis's brand. This role will be responsible for planning and executing the content strategy for the Digital Medicine business. This role will also help simplify the storytelling for a complex business model to accelerate Biofourmis adoption across key customer segments (Pharma, Biopharma). You will feed digital and traditional lead generation and cohesive omni channel tactical execution with dynamic content that helps accelerate Biofourmis market awareness.

This person should have previous experience managing high performing content strategies, within complex and regulated markets (including internal organization). Is a metrics-driven leader empowered by new challenges and inspired by our mission to use advanced technology to improve the delivery of healthcare and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has clear, demonstrable experience in succeeding in a start-up environment and has expertise with Pharma and Biotech companies. This role will report to the Head of Marketing, Digital Medicine.

Manager, Content Marketing will:

  • Drive end-to-end content strategy for product marketing and client success marketing for Digital Care Business.
  • Help define and build content marketing function.
  • Create scalable approaches to content strategy and execution that increase revenue and funnel growth.
  • Develop segment specific messaging and content to reach targets and achieve desired results across all channels and mediums.
  • Empower an expert sales team to truly stand out in a busy market and accelerate deals.
  • Refine and enhance content with outcomes to improve campaign performance
  • Ensure that all decisions, programs, and processes are aligned with the company's values, mission, and vision.

Qualifications

This dynamic marketer must be a proactive, self-directed, business-oriented leader with proven experience in building collaborative relationships across many functions within the organization. This leader must have passion, energy and intellectual curiosity required for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment where there are many things to be accomplished.

  • 5+years of Healthcare, HealthTech or B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Demonstrated well-developed functional marketing skills in a dynamic industry
  • Proven strategic thinker and innovative communicator with an ability to lead the development of content programs that are distinctive, relevant, creative, measurable, and aligned to the strategic direction of the business
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in story telling with diverse customer segments
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, including with external agencies or freelancers
  • Knowledge in using Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g.,Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot), Outreach.io, and other martech tools
  • Proven ability to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Proven track record of building, implementing, and owning dynamic content strategies from start to finish.
  • Experience developing messaging, positioning, and understanding complex use cases and personas.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and gathering competitive intel to inform and develop enablement materials.
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and proactive decision-making capabilities- a bias for action.
  • A dynamic communicator with a strong appreciation for and focus on company culture.
  • Able to influence and lead through words and actions.
  • Undergraduate degree. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
